Kiteboarding Lesson One

This is the Beginning!!!!  Glad to have you!

In this lesson we spend 1 - 1.5 hours at the shop covering the foundations you need to be a safe efficient kiteboarder.  Understanding and practicing these "basics" are absolutely necessary.

We will be going over:

1. The Wind Window

2. How kiteboarding Works (theory) 

3.  How to properly Hold the kite bar and steer the kite.

4. How to use the Bar to trim the kite.

4. Safety-  LET GO LET GO LET GO!!!!
